This was my second purchase from Kilim. I loved my first rug so much I had to get a second for another room. The photos with the crayons really helped give me a "true" feel for the color so I was even more excited when it came and was better in person.

We recently ordered a rug from Kilim.com to replace one that we truly loved but that had become a tripping hazard after years of wear and tear. I ordered what I thought was the best match for a replacement. Shortly after placing my order, I got an email from Ida with additional photos of the rug I had selected, as she wanted to make sure that I was aware that the rug was a bit more green in undertone than had been reflected in the original photos. I told her what we were looking for and sent a couple of photos of the room where it was going and the rug we were looking to replace, and she sent a couple of other options they also had in similar sizes and colors. In the end, we decided to stick with our original choice, and it arrived in South Carolina from Istanbul just days later, true to the photos she had sent. Overall, we are thrilled with our purchase and will DEFINITELY order from Kilim.com--excellent products and phenomenal customer service!

The rug arrived on time and was packaged very well. The rug is very thick and well made, it feels very luxurious underfoot. The colors are true to the photos on the website and it has added a wonderful touch of warmth and elegance to my living room.The customer service was also great, they helped me to find the perfect rug for my living room and they were very patient with all my questions.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and I would definitely recommend this company to others. The quality of the rugs, customer service and the overall buying experience was excellent.
