The rug I purchased arrived on time and was packaged very well. It is very thick and well made, it feels very luxurious underfoot. The colors are true to the photos on the website.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and I would definitely recommend this company to others. The quality of the rugs, customer service and the overall buying experience was excellent.

My emails were returned within hours and he did everything in his power to make sure I was happy and satisfied. Customer service like this simply doesn't exist anywhere else. We recently ordered a rug from Kilim.com to replace one that we truly loved but that had become a tripping hazard after years of wear and tear. I ordered what I thought was the best match for a replacement. Shortly after placing my order, I got an email from Ida with additional photos of the rug I had selected, as she wanted to make sure that I was aware that the rug was a bit more green in undertone than had been reflected in the original photos. I told her what we were looking for and sent a couple of photos of the room where it was going and the rug we were looking to replace, and she sent a couple of other options they also had in similar sizes and colors. In the end, we decided to stick with our original choice, and it arrived in South Carolina from Istanbul just days later, true to the photos she had sent. Overall, we are thrilled with our purchase and will DEFINITELY order from Kilim.com--excellent products and phenomenal customer service!

I ordered a long runner, it came quickly, even more beautiful than the picture. Colors rich and workmanship excellent. I had a question about how to clean my rug when necessary and kilim.com responded well and immediately. I highly recommend them.

I love my 'new' rug. It is just what I expected from the photos. It was very helpful to have the rug photoshopped into my room so I could judge how it would look there. Good quality. I thought the rug might be in NJ but it was shipped from Istanbul. Still arrived relatively fast. I've been to Istanbul 2x so i am a great fan of Turkish culture. My paintings and rugs take me back to a land i'd rather be.
