Vintage Turkish Hand-Knotted Rug 1' 8" x 2' 11" (20" x 35")

We recently ordered a rug from Kilim.com to replace one that we truly loved but that had become a tripping hazard after years of wear and tear. I ordered what I thought was the best match for a replacement. Shortly after placing my order, I got an email from Ida with additional photos of the rug I had selected, as she wanted to make sure that I was aware that the rug was a bit more green in undertone than had been reflected in the original photos. I told her what we were looking for and sent a couple of photos of the room where it was going and the rug we were looking to replace, and she sent a couple of other options they also had in similar sizes and colors. In the end, we decided to stick with our original choice, and it arrived in South Carolina from Istanbul just days later, true to the photos she had sent. Overall, we are thrilled with our purchase and will DEFINITELY order from Kilim.com--excellent products and phenomenal customer service!

Fabulous rug, very true to photo, in wonderful condition. Can't overstate the richness it adds to the room. Don't be afraid to order on line from these people, it's a first rate operation.

The rug I purchased arrived on time and was packaged very well. It is very thick and well made, it feels very luxurious underfoot. The colors are true to the photos on the website.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and I would definitely recommend this company to others. Rug is perfect!Good communication, pretty fast shipping, arrived and looked even better than online. Appreciate the photoshop that helped me see how it would look in my space, and it was pretty accurate to reality. All in all, totally worth it for a rug that's so much nicer and more interesting than a similar priced new rug.

Rug didn't work in the room but the return process was seamless and civil. Seems like a small family-run business, with personal attention. Also the rug was very nice quality--sad it didn't work with my crazy wallpaper!
