I highly recommend this company for the quality of their rugs and for their amazing customer service. I ordered a rug and in the process of it being shipped we were mandatorily evacuated because of hurricane Michael. I envisioned my beautiful rug sitting on our porch getting ruined while we were away. I emailed Kilim and requested they delay shipment and received an immediate response that they would deliver at a later date. We received the rug after the evacuation order ended and we had returned home. It is more beautiful than the pictures online. I ordered my Kilim rug on August 5th and received it on August 12th. I couldn't believe how fast it came and with free shipping. It was packaged well. I opened it up and the rug looks exactly the same as the picture on the website. It is in wonderful shape and is just beautiful. I am so happy with the rug. After being in Turkey and buying a kilim while there, I can say that Kilim Studio prices and quality is just as good as traveling to Turkey and buying there.
