Y’all have the best rugs. I’ve ordered six vintage rugs and they’ve surpassed my expectations. I generally do not like buying rugs online because of the color variations, and unwrapping the delivery is kind of like opening a grab bag….you’re never sure what’s going to be inside! But I’ve always been super pleased; the rugs are of excellent quality, true to size, with a beautiful warm, vintage feel. The little free gifts y’all throw in are much appreciated too! Can’t say enough good things. :)

My rugs were ready to ship from Turkey to the US at exactly the time promised and arrived within 24-48 hours of shipping in perfect condition. This was my first purchase from Kilim.com. I was a little apprehensive because it seemed like a big purchase from a site I didn’t know but I couldn’t be happier. The site has huge selection, so much that it was difficult to choose. I ended up choosing a vintage rug. The site’s high resolution photos made it possible to judge the condition of the rug before I ordered. It shipped from Turkey, came well packaged and arrived quickly for an international order. Kilim.com also include a couple unexpected gifts, a simple but well made bag that went to my girlfriend and a nice, traditional Turkish glass charm. The good quality gifts was a classy touch. I’m not an expert on rug values but from shopping around it seems like the price was good. I want to thank Kilim.com for the great service. I am also appreciative of the hard working, under appreciated artists that make these beautiful rugs.

We recently ordered a rug from Kilim.com to replace one that we truly loved but that had become a tripping hazard after years of wear and tear. I ordered what I thought was the best match for a replacement. Shortly after placing my order, I got an email from Ida with additional photos of the rug I had selected, as she wanted to make sure that I was aware that the rug was a bit more green in undertone than had been reflected in the original photos. I told her what we were looking for and sent a couple of photos of the room where it was going and the rug we were looking to replace, and she sent a couple of other options they also had in similar sizes and colors. In the end, we decided to stick with our original choice, and it arrived in South Carolina from Istanbul just days later, true to the photos she had sent. Overall, we are thrilled with our purchase and will DEFINITELY order from Kilim.com--excellent products and phenomenal customer service!
