My experience with Kilim.com was extremely positive.The rug was exactly as shown on the website. The crayons for color really helped me to make the decision for the right rug.

I ordered my Kilim rug on August 5th and received it on August 12th. I couldn't believe how fast it came and with free shipping. It was packaged well. I opened it up and the rug looks exactly the same as the picture on the website. It is in wonderful shape and is just beautiful. I am so happy with the rug. After being in Turkey and buying a kilim while there, I can say that Kilim Studio prices and quality is just as good as traveling to Turkey and buying there. It's my second time purchasing from Kilim Studio and I have been happy both times with the quality and cost and I am sure I will purchase another one in the future.

The rug arrived quickly, great packaging, and they even included a little trinket gift. The rug is even more beautiful in person- artisan quality and unique. The color brown is different at the bottom 14” of rug and there are a few flaws in the weaving. I’m keeping it. I will place furniture to distract from flaws.

Love my rug! It’s a perfect compliment between my Moroccan tile, white cabinets, beige rug, and brown sofas. The quality is beautiful, sturdy, and soft-to-touch at same time. The colors are so rich! Love it!
