The service was second to one. Question.s were answered promptly. The rug arrived in no time. The quality of the rug is very good colours a bit different then Imagined although going back on the website, every thing was there for me to figure the right colours: the picture with the paint chart and the crayon would have been very useful if I had bothered to pay attention. Nevertheless, love the rug I strongly recommend.

The vintage Kilim is beyond beautiful ! The colors are exactly as depicted, the condition of the carpet is fabulous, the size same as described. It was ordered on July 4 and arrived/delivered July 8th ! I was shocked how quickly it arrived. I LOVE this carpet. Zero negative anything it exceeded my expections 110%. The rug is as beautiful as I hoped. The communication about the delivery was transparent and in a timely manner, and the delivery itself was surprisingly fast, considering that it came from Turkey.I was impressed by the very personal touch - a little lucky token, a letter and some very nice postcards that were clearly done with love to the product and a good customer relationship in mind.
