The site’s high resolution photos made it possible to judge the condition of the rug before I ordered. It shipped from Turkey, came well packaged and arrived quickly for an international order. Kilim.com also include a couple unexpected gifts, a simple but well made bag that went to my girlfriend and a nice, traditional Turkish glass charm. The good quality gifts was a classy touch. I love my runner! It looks even better in person. The colors are rich and vibrant. And because it’s a kilim rug, I can get a plusher rug pad and it won’t be a problem with the door.
