I was totally amazed when I got my excellent rugs from Kilim.com . The quality was gorgeous and delivery was fast. The customer service was kind and my answers were answered quickly and professionally. I ordered my Kilim rug on August 5th and received it on August 12th. I couldn't believe how fast it came and with free shipping. It was packaged well. I opened it up and the rug looks exactly the same as the picture on the website. It is in wonderful shape and is just beautiful. I am so happy with the rug. After being in Turkey and buying a kilim while there, I can say that Kilim Studio prices and quality is just as good as traveling to Turkey and buying there. It's my second time purchasing from Kilim Studio and I have been happy both times with the quality and cost and I am sure I will purchase another one in the future.

Very fast shipping! The rug was beautiful and exactly as pictured. The "evil eye" ornament gift was so nice. It reminded me of my visit to Istanbul last year.

So many beautiful overdyed rug options to choose from! I ordered 2 so I could decide on my favorite in my house. Both rugs I received were gorgeous, but one was an obvious winner in my space. I have received my two wonderful kilim rugs six days after I ordered. They were exactly as I expected. Customer service is also amazing, they answered all my emails quickly and did impressive room simulations with my choice of rugs to help me decide.

I ordered a vintage Kilim for my dining room and loved it SO much, that I ordered two custom rugs. Both rugs were made and delivered in a timely manner. The vintage Kilim is beyond beautiful ! The colors are exactly as depicted, the condition of the carpet is fabulous, the size same as described. It was ordered on July 4 and arrived/delivered July 8th ! I was shocked how quickly it arrived. I LOVE this carpet. Zero negative anything it exceeded my expections 110%. I highly recommend this company. I am already planning my next purchase !

Y’all have the best rugs. I’ve ordered six vintage rugs and they’ve surpassed my expectations. I generally do not like buying rugs online because of the color variations, and unwrapping the delivery is kind of like opening a grab bag….you’re never sure what’s going to be inside! But I’ve always been super pleased; the rugs are of excellent quality, true to size, with a beautiful warm, vintage feel. The little free gifts y’all throw in are much appreciated too! Can’t say enough good things. :)
