I ordered my Kilim rug on August 5th and received it on August 12th. I couldn't believe how fast it came and with free shipping. It was packaged well. I opened it up and the rug looks exactly the same as the picture on the website. It is in wonderful shape and is just beautiful. I am so happy with the rug. Amazing experience. The vintage wool runner was well packaged, and the design/color exactly as described. It shipped from Turkey via FedEx and arrived IN JUST A WEEK which is fantastic considering customs clearance requirements. Will definitely recommend and use again!!

I bought a large vintage Turkish carpet and from the website experience to paying to the delivery, every step was great - clear, informative, quick! I would say selection was the hardest part - once the order was placed, receiving the carpet in just a couple of days, without having to deal with the customs, was the best part. 100% recommended.
