Kilim Pillow Cover

This is the third or fourth rug I've purchased from Kilim.com. Not only are they all beautiful rugs, but the customer service is exceptional. Delivery is quick, packaging is secure, the rugs are always clean and ready to unfold, and there is always some sort of personalized message or small gift. This is a great company. Many thanks!

I was hesitant to purchase a rug from pictures on line. The colors within the rug were critical to me. Kilim.com upon my request for more color info, took additional pictures with crayons and paint swatches sitting on the carpet. That solidified my choice. The rug arrived quickly and the way it was folded and shipped left the rug without marks when placed on the floor. I wasn’t expecting it to be of the quality of my parents’ thick antique Persian rug and it wasn’t . For the price, I’m pleased with this vintage rug. It has more class and personality than a machine made rug you can find at a big box store.
