Vintage Turkish Hand-Knotted Rug 3' 10" x 6' 11" (46" x 83")

I have now bought two gorgeous vintage wool runner rugs from Kilim Studio and I couldn't be happier with them! Both were amazingly well portrayed on the website and what arrived was exactly what I expected. Plus they both were immaculately clean and in great condition. They even include a lavender sachet in the packaging of every rug. Nice touch. Communication was prompt, thorough and reassuring, also so nice that it was a real person, not just an automatic response. Delivery was fast and reliable. Can't say enough about this company, I look forward to buying more rugs from Kilim.com and I recommend them to family and friends.

The rug arrived on time and was packaged very well. The rug is very thick and well made, it feels very luxurious underfoot. The colors are true to the photos on the website and it has added a wonderful touch of warmth and elegance to my living room.The customer service was also great, they helped me to find the perfect rug for my living room and they were very patient with all my questions.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and I would definitely recommend this company to others. I love my new runner! It looks exactly like its picture, and it arrived very quickly. Plus I got a wonderful little gift of postcards with pictures of beautiful rugs, quotes from famous thinkers, and a lovely Turkish evil eye pendant for my home. So many beautiful overdyed rug options to choose from! I ordered 2 so I could decide on my favorite in my house. Both rugs I received were gorgeous, but one was an obvious winner in my space. Kilim’s customer service was wonderful about returning the other. I smile every time I walk past the fuschia rug I kept. Looking forward to ordering another one soon!

We recently ordered a rug from Kilim.com to replace one that we truly loved but that had become a tripping hazard after years of wear and tear. I ordered what I thought was the best match for a replacement. Shortly after placing my order, I got an email from Ida with additional photos of the rug I had selected, as she wanted to make sure that I was aware that the rug was a bit more green in undertone than had been reflected in the original photos. I told her what we were looking for and sent a couple of photos of the room where it was going and the rug we were looking to replace, and she sent a couple of other options they also had in similar sizes and colors. In the end, we decided to stick with our original choice, and it arrived in South Carolina from Istanbul just days later, true to the photos she had sent. Overall, we are thrilled with our purchase and will DEFINITELY order from Kilim.com--excellent products and phenomenal customer service!
