I ordered a 6x10' vintage turkish rug. a very pleasant surprise was that the actual color of the rug was exactly as represented on your website. the size and condition was also as represented. shipping was via fedex and was received earlier than expected. bottom line: i loved the rug and the shopping experience with Kilim and will definitely order from them again soon. looking to order a runner from them now.

The rug is stunning. Looks amazing in my home. This is my 4th purchase and the quality of all the rugs has been excellent as has the customer service.

The color brown is different at the bottom 14” of rug and there are a few flaws in the weaving. I’m keeping it. I will place furniture to distract from flaws.

This was my first purchase from Kilim.com. I was a little apprehensive because it seemed like a big purchase from a site I didn’t know but I couldn’t be happier. The site’s high resolution photos made it possible to judge the condition of the rug before I ordered. It shipped from Turkey, came well packaged and arrived quickly for an international order. Kilim.com also include a couple unexpected gifts, a simple but well made bag that went to my girlfriend and a nice, traditional Turkish glass charm. The good quality gifts was a classy touch.
