Ida was unbelievably helpful. I purchased an overdyed rug and she contacted me with more pictures and descriptions to ensure I would be satisfied with my purchase. With her guidance, I ended up choosing a different rug that works perfectly in my home. I didn’t feel like a faceless customer like I do when making an online purchase. I truly felt that Ida cared about me! I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I will be shopping at kilim again!!

It was helpful to use the filters and categories you have on your website, colors, dimensions and pattern style...The information on each rug was easy to find and I took my time considering. This is my 6th(!) rug purchase from kilim.com (of vintage kilims) and as always the rug is lovely, the colors true, the value for the money very good and the service/shipping seamless. I strongly recommend giving their wide range of inventory a look. I will continue to shop with them until my last wood floor has an area rug!

My rug is gorgeous, clean, and in excellent shape. The colors are were very true to the images online. I was expecting a certificate of authenticity but I may have misunderstood that part and it doesn't really matter because the quality is obvious. Also love the special goodies included with the shipment. I will order again from kilm!
