We recently ordered a rug from Kilim.com to replace one that we truly loved but that had become a tripping hazard after years of wear and tear. I ordered what I thought was the best match for a replacement. Shortly after placing my order, I got an email from Ida with additional photos of the rug I had selected, as she wanted to make sure that I was aware that the rug was a bit more green in undertone than had been reflected in the original photos. I told her what we were looking for and sent a couple of photos of the room where it was going and the rug we were looking to replace, and she sent a couple of other options they also had in similar sizes and colors. In the end, we decided to stick with our original choice, and it arrived in South Carolina from Istanbul just days later, true to the photos she had sent. Overall, we are thrilled with our purchase and will DEFINITELY order from Kilim.com--excellent products and phenomenal customer service!

I love my new runner! It looks exactly like its picture, and it arrived very quickly. Plus I got a wonderful little gift of postcards with pictures of beautiful rugs, quotes from famous thinkers, and a lovely Turkish evil eye pendant for my home. The service was second to one. Question.s were answered promptly. The rug arrived in no time. The quality of the rug is very good colours a bit different then Imagined although going back on the website, every thing was there for me to figure the right colours: the picture with the paint chart and the crayon would have been very useful if I had bothered to pay attention. Nevertheless, love the rug I strongly recommend.

We were absolutely delighted with both the service and our new Kilim rug. The rug is even better than the picture (and it looked pretty sweet in the pic). And it was delivered very quickly. Loved the bookmarks, postcards and Evil Eye that came with the rug!

This rug was perfect addition to our room. Delivered with care and speed.

The color brown is different at the bottom 14” of rug and there are a few flaws in the weaving. I’m keeping it. I will place furniture to distract from flaws.
