I can't say enough about the customer service from this company. Every step of the way, Can Gurel was extraordinarily responsive. My emails were returned within hours and he did everything in his power to make sure I was happy and satisfied. Customer service like this simply doesn't exist anywhere else. Also, the kilim I bought was beautiful and arrived exactly as advertised.

Just wow!!! I love the beautiful rug I received. I came across this site when looking for an over dyed Turkish rug and was a little nervous because I’ve never ordered from them. The rug arrived quickly, great packaging, and they even included a little trinket gift. The rug is even more beautiful in person- artisan quality and unique. Rug didn't work in the room but the return process was seamless and civil. Seems like a small family-run business, with personal attention. Also the rug was very nice quality--sad it didn't work with my crazy wallpaper!

Lovely rug. Better than expected. I ordered the rug, and was surprised when I found out it was coming directly from Turkey. I ordered a rug pad at the same time which was coming from Connecticut. The rug from Istanbul arrived first.

The service was second to one. Question.s were answered promptly. The rug arrived in no time. The quality of the rug is very good colours a bit different then Imagined although going back on the website, every thing was there for me to figure the right colours: the picture with the paint chart and the crayon would have been very useful if I had bothered to pay attention. Nevertheless, love the rug I strongly recommend.
