This was my first purchase from Kilim.com. I was a little apprehensive because it seemed like a big purchase from a site I didn’t know but I couldn’t be happier. The site has huge selection, so much that it was difficult to choose. I ended up choosing a vintage rug. The site’s high resolution photos made it possible to judge the condition of the rug before I ordered. It shipped from Turkey, came well packaged and arrived quickly for an international order. Kilim.com also include a couple unexpected gifts, a simple but well made bag that went to my girlfriend and a nice, traditional Turkish glass charm. The good quality gifts was a classy touch. I am an Interior Designer, I ordered one rug and four throw pillow cases for a client. Everything arrived in perfect condition and was absolutely stunning. The colors were vibrant and beautiful, just as the photos looked on the website. My client and I are both thrilled with the purchase. The pieces look fabulous in her room which we have totally redesigned. The measurements were also spot on - I ordered pillow inserts based on the measurements given online & each of the four different size inserts fit the pillows perfectly. The order also took less than a week to receive. Amazing products with fantastic customer service.

Speed and the fact that the rug was exactly as depicted in website photos. I loved the lavender and the spiritual glass charm which I found in my package.
