I don't think I'd find anything better priced than here. For me, the quality fits and since I am happy, this will be a 5-star review.

My first time ordering from Kilim, I got 2 rugs this time. When they arrived, literally 5 days later from Turkey, I was overwhelmed by how beautiful the two vintage kilims are, the colors and woven textures really are much more vivid and rich in person. All communications and follow up with Kilim have been helpful and timely. I am very happy with my new rugs and already thinking about future rug purchases.

As one of a kind rugs, we were a little nervous to order without seeing them in person, but they were exactly as shown in the picture, in great shape, and arrived in a reasonable window. We're thrilled with both of our purchases.

Stunning rug, excellent customer service. I mistakenly purchased two instead of one and they immediately refunded me. The rug also came in great condition and didn't have permanent creases like others I have bought online in the past. Would definitely buy again!

The sales folk at kilim are responsive and really helpful. They give clear responses which make it easier to make a decision on a large purchase.The shipping time was fast and free unlike many of the larger retailers.This is my third rug purchase from Kilim and initially I went with a different company - big mistake. Lovely rug. Better than expected. I ordered the rug, and was surprised when I found out it was coming directly from Turkey. I ordered a rug pad at the same time which was coming from Connecticut. The rug from Istanbul arrived first.

Just received our rug, and it is beautiful. Just as pictured online, and fast shipping?!?! Let's say the day before the rug was in the Netherlands, the next day in Seattle fast. Got here before my rug pad from Overstock. This company is great, and when we need more rugs (we are redecorating our whole house), I will buy from Kilim.com
