I was hesitant to buy such a high end item on line from thousands of miles away ... but my experience was beyond expectation. The kilim we purchased is absolutely gorgeous ,reasonably priced and excellent quality. My questions were promptly answered online, with extra photos sent to confirm colors and texture. Shipping was fast and reliable ...we are hooked! About to purchase a second rug.

Surprisingly quick shipment, great quality and fair price

Lovely rug. Better than expected. I ordered the rug, and was surprised when I found out it was coming directly from Turkey. I ordered a rug pad at the same time which was coming from Connecticut. The rug from Istanbul arrived first.

The rug is stunning, great quality and even more beautiful than the pictures. The entire process was seamless, the rug was very safely packaged and delivery was within 2 weeks of placing our order.

Our purchase went very smoothly, in fact Kilim double checked with us on color before shipment and then it arrived in just a few days. WAY faster than something ordered the same day stateside. Rug is perfect!Good communication, pretty fast shipping, arrived and looked even better than online. Appreciate the photoshop that helped me see how it would look in my space, and it was pretty accurate to reality. The kilim and the tulu arrived just as pictured: colors true to pics, in great condition (they're both vintage), clean, pressed, and ready to accent the rooms. Service, as always, is superb. I have now bought two gorgeous vintage wool runner rugs from Kilim Studio and I couldn't be happier with them! Both were amazingly well portrayed on the website and what arrived was exactly what I expected. Plus they both were immaculately clean and in great condition.
