My rug is gorgeous, clean, and in excellent shape. The colors are were very true to the images online. I was expecting a certificate of authenticity but I may have misunderstood that part and it doesn't really matter because the quality is obvious. Also love the special goodies included with the shipment. I will order again from kilm!

Kilim.com upon my request for more color info, took additional pictures with crayons and paint swatches sitting on the carpet. That solidified my choice. The rug arrived quickly and the way it was folded and shipped left the rug without marks when placed on the floor. I wasn’t expecting it to be of the quality of my parents’ thick antique Persian rug and it wasn’t . For the price, I’m pleased with this vintage rug. It has more class and personality than a machine made rug you can find at a big box store.

I love my 'new' rug. It is just what I expected from the photos. It was very helpful to have the rug photoshopped into my room so I could judge how it would look there. They give clear responses which make it easier to make a decision on a large purchase.The shipping time was fast and free unlike many of the larger retailers.This is my third rug purchase from Kilim and initially I went with a different company - big mistake. I love my newest rug - it’s exactly as described and the quality is fantastic.
