I have now bought two gorgeous vintage wool runner rugs from Kilim Studio and I couldn't be happier with them! Both were amazingly well portrayed on the website and what arrived was exactly what I expected. Plus they both were immaculately clean and in great condition. They even include a lavender sachet in the packaging of every rug. Nice touch. Communication was prompt, thorough and reassuring, also so nice that it was a real person, not just an automatic response. Delivery was fast and reliable. The images were amazing! And made my choice obvious. I ordered one rug.When it arrived, I took a picture of the office with the real rug and could barely tell the difference between the real picture and the simulation they sent the week before.It was a wonderful 21st century rug buying experience.
