We recently ordered a rug from Kilim.com to replace one that we truly loved but that had become a tripping hazard after years of wear and tear. I ordered what I thought was the best match for a replacement. Shortly after placing my order, I got an email from Ida with additional photos of the rug I had selected, as she wanted to make sure that I was aware that the rug was a bit more green in undertone than had been reflected in the original photos. I highly recommend this company for the quality of their rugs and for their amazing customer service. I ordered a rug and in the process of it being shipped we were mandatorily evacuated because of hurricane Michael. I envisioned my beautiful rug sitting on our porch getting ruined while we were away. I emailed Kilim and requested they delay shipment and received an immediate response that they would deliver at a later date. We received the rug after the evacuation order ended and we had returned home. It is more beautiful than the pictures online. Kilim was also helpful in the selection process, sending additional pictures that included coordinating colors. I will purchase from Kilim again without a moments hesitation.
