Better then expected, easy fast shipping

We recently ordered a rug from Kilim.com to replace one that we truly loved but that had become a tripping hazard after years of wear and tear. I ordered what I thought was the best match for a replacement. Shortly after placing my order, I got an email from Ida with additional photos of the rug I had selected, as she wanted to make sure that I was aware that the rug was a bit more green in undertone than had been reflected in the original photos. I told her what we were looking for and sent a couple of photos of the room where it was going and the rug we were looking to replace, and she sent a couple of other options they also had in similar sizes and colors. In the end, we decided to stick with our original choice, and it arrived in South Carolina from Istanbul just days later, true to the photos she had sent. Overall, we are thrilled with our purchase and will DEFINITELY order from Kilim.com--excellent products and phenomenal customer service!

We were absolutely delighted with both the service and our new Kilim rug. The rug is even better than the picture (and it looked pretty sweet in the pic). And it was delivered very quickly. Loved the bookmarks, postcards and Evil Eye that came with the rug!

The rug is as beautiful as I hoped. The communication about the delivery was transparent and in a timely manner, and the delivery itself was surprisingly fast, considering that it came from Turkey.I was impressed by the very personal touch - a little lucky token, a letter and some very nice postcards that were clearly done with love to the product and a good customer relationship in mind. Amazing experience. The vintage wool runner was well packaged, and the design/color exactly as described. It shipped from Turkey via FedEx and arrived IN JUST A WEEK which is fantastic considering customs clearance requirements. Will definitely recommend and use again!!
