Speed and the fact that the rug was exactly as depicted in website photos. I loved the lavender and the spiritual glass charm which I found in my package. The rug was well packed and protected from the elements. Overall it was a terrific experience. I currently have several other rugs in the shopping cart. The kilim and the tulu arrived just as pictured: colors true to pics, in great condition (they're both vintage), clean, pressed, and ready to accent the rooms. Service, as always, is superb.
