I have now bought two gorgeous vintage wool runner rugs from Kilim Studio and I couldn't be happier with them! Both were amazingly well portrayed on the website and what arrived was exactly what I expected. Plus they both were immaculately clean and in great condition. They even include a lavender sachet in the packaging of every rug. Nice touch. Communication was prompt, thorough and reassuring, also so nice that it was a real person, not just an automatic response. Delivery was fast and reliable. I have purchased two magnificent rugs from Kilim.com. It was extremely easy to work on design, size, etc. via email with a friendly representative. My rugs were ready to ship from Turkey to the US at exactly the time promised and arrived within 24-48 hours of shipping in perfect condition. They are extremely low maintenance but, more importantly, are admired by all who visit my home. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. A treasure of an Internet « find ».
