I have now bought two gorgeous vintage wool runner rugs from Kilim Studio and I couldn't be happier with them! Both were amazingly well portrayed on the website and what arrived was exactly what I expected. Plus they both were immaculately clean and in great condition. They even include a lavender sachet in the packaging of every rug. Nice touch. Communication was prompt, thorough and reassuring, also so nice that it was a real person, not just an automatic response. Delivery was fast and reliable. I wasn't sure about buying a vintage rug online but I'm so glad I did. The rug is gorgeous, exactly as displayed/described, and immaculately clean! It's beautifully worn in and has decades upon decades of life left in it. Happy purchase!
