The rug I purchased arrived on time and was packaged very well. It is very thick and well made, it feels very luxurious underfoot. The colors are true to the photos on the website.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and I would definitely recommend this company to others. Excellent product, fast shipping, great service

Just received our rug, and it is beautiful. Just as pictured online, and fast shipping?!?! Let's say the day before the rug was in the Netherlands, the next day in Seattle fast. Got here before my rug pad from Overstock. This company is great, and when we need more rugs (we are redecorating our whole house), I will buy from Kilim.com

Beautiful Rug!

The rug arrived very quickly and it is exactly as described and pictured on the website. It looks great in the entry hall of my home, cheers up the space. I also took you suggestion and ordered a new rug pad from RugPads USA. It also arrived in a very timely manner and is perfect for the rug I bought.

The rug is magnificent. Utterly superb, sublime. It makes you gasp and dominates the room. It is the most beautiful quality rug I have ever seen. I will definitely go back to shop at Kilim Studio. And I won't buy my rugs anywhere else.
