Lovely rug. Better than expected. I ordered the rug, and was surprised when I found out it was coming directly from Turkey. I ordered a rug pad at the same time which was coming from Connecticut. The rug from Istanbul arrived first.

Very pleased. The rug is beautiful and looks just like the pictures. It arrived quickly. I want to fill my house with their rugs.

I have now bought two gorgeous vintage wool runner rugs from Kilim Studio and I couldn't be happier with them! Arrived even better looking than online, the crayons helped so much to know what the colours would be! Shipped very quickly and arrived safe. Loved the little lavender sachet wrapped inside, showed so much care for a quality item. Extremely satisfied!

I highly recommend this company for the quality of their rugs and for their amazing customer service. I ordered a rug and in the process of it being shipped we were mandatorily evacuated because of hurricane Michael. I envisioned my beautiful rug sitting on our porch getting ruined while we were away. I emailed Kilim and requested they delay shipment and received an immediate response that they would deliver at a later date. We received the rug after the evacuation order ended and we had returned home. It is more beautiful than the pictures online. Kilim was also helpful in the selection process, sending additional pictures that included coordinating colors. I will purchase from Kilim again without a moments hesitation.
