The rug I purchased arrived on time and was packaged very well. It is very thick and well made, it feels very luxurious underfoot. The colors are true to the photos on the website.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and I would definitely recommend this company to others. The quality of the rugs, customer service and the overall buying experience was excellent.

The kilim and the tulu arrived just as pictured: colors true to pics, in great condition (they're both vintage), clean, pressed, and ready to accent the rooms. Service, as always, is superb. The rug arrived quickly, great packaging, and they even included a little trinket gift. The rug is even more beautiful in person- artisan quality and unique. So many beautiful overdyed rug options to choose from! I ordered 2 so I could decide on my favorite in my house. Both rugs I received were gorgeous, but one was an obvious winner in my space. Kilim’s customer service was wonderful about returning the other. I smile every time I walk past the fuschia rug I kept. Looking forward to ordering another one soon!
