Rug didn't work in the room but the return process was seamless and civil. Seems like a small family-run business, with personal attention. Also the rug was very nice quality--sad it didn't work with my crazy wallpaper!

Their website is extremely well designed and functional with amazing inventory, great search filters and realistic pictures. Shipping and delivery were super efficient, rugs arrived quickly and safely packaged. The customer service is impressive too, very responsive to emails about the product and the delivery process. I've bought a number of rugs from Kilim.com over the years, both vintage and new/custom. All have been good quality and as represented online. The vintage rugs have arrived extremely quickly, in a matter of days. The custom rugs take longer but are worth the wait. Customer service is prompt and helpful. I highly recommend them.
