Lovely rug. Better than expected. I ordered the rug, and was surprised when I found out it was coming directly from Turkey. I ordered a rug pad at the same time which was coming from Connecticut. The rug from Istanbul arrived first.

Rug was exactly as pictured and described. Also quick delivery.

This is the third or fourth rug I've purchased from Kilim.com. Not only are they all beautiful rugs, but the customer service is exceptional. This is my 6th(!) rug purchase from kilim.com (of vintage kilims) and as always the rug is lovely, the colors true, the value for the money very good and the service/shipping seamless. I strongly recommend giving their wide range of inventory a look. I will continue to shop with them until my last wood floor has an area rug!

The images are accurate and they go the extra mile to provide color guidance in their site descriptions, which is very helpful. Also, the shipments come much sooner than I would've expected. I can't say enough about how pleasant it was to deal with Kilim Studio' s customer service representatives. They answered my questions promptly and courteously. Even more important, the vintage rug arrived more quickly that I expected, and it is clean, beautiful, and in very good condition, as advertised. The little extra gift was a nice surprise.

I have now bought two gorgeous vintage wool runner rugs from Kilim Studio and I couldn't be happier with them! Both were amazingly well portrayed on the website and what arrived was exactly what I expected. Plus they both were immaculately clean and in great condition. They even include a lavender sachet in the packaging of every rug. Nice touch.
