We recently ordered a rug from Kilim.com to replace one that we truly loved but that had become a tripping hazard after years of wear and tear. I ordered what I thought was the best match for a replacement. Shortly after placing my order, I got an email from Ida with additional photos of the rug I had selected, as she wanted to make sure that I was aware that the rug was a bit more green in undertone than had been reflected in the original photos. I told her what we were looking for and sent a couple of photos of the room where it was going and the rug we were looking to replace, and she sent a couple of other options they also had in similar sizes and colors. In the end, we decided to stick with our original choice, and it arrived in South Carolina from Istanbul just days later, true to the photos she had sent. Overall, we are thrilled with our purchase and will DEFINITELY order from Kilim.com--excellent products and phenomenal customer service!

The sales folk at kilim are responsive and really helpful. They give clear responses which make it easier to make a decision on a large purchase.The shipping time was fast and free unlike many of the larger retailers.This is my third rug purchase from Kilim and initially I went with a different company - big mistake. I love my newest rug - it’s exactly as described and the quality is fantastic.

We were absolutely delighted with both the service and our new Kilim rug. The rug is even better than the picture (and it looked pretty sweet in the pic). And it was delivered very quickly. Loved the bookmarks, postcards and Evil Eye that came with the rug!

This is the second rug we have purchased from Kilim, and we are completely happy! The rug arrived as promised, looked in person as it did online, and the price was affordable. I plan to look for another rug from Kilim at some point.

I've bought a number of rugs from Kilim.com over the years, both vintage and new/custom. All have been good quality and as represented online. The vintage rugs have arrived extremely quickly, in a matter of days. The custom rugs take longer but are worth the wait. Customer service is prompt and helpful. I highly recommend them.

Just wow!!! I love the beautiful rug I received. I came across this site when looking for an over dyed Turkish rug and was a little nervous because I’ve never ordered from them. The rug arrived quickly, great packaging, and they even included a little trinket gift. The rug is even more beautiful in person- artisan quality and unique. The vintage Kilim is beyond beautiful ! The colors are exactly as depicted, the condition of the carpet is fabulous, the size same as described. It was ordered on July 4 and arrived/delivered July 8th ! I was shocked how quickly it arrived. I LOVE this carpet. Zero negative anything it exceeded my expections 110%. I highly recommend this company. I am already planning my next purchase !
