The rug arrived very quickly and it is exactly as described and pictured on the website. It looks great in the entry hall of my home, cheers up the space. I also took you suggestion and ordered a new rug pad from RugPads USA. It also arrived in a very timely manner and is perfect for the rug I bought.

I was hesitant to purchase a rug from pictures on line. The colors within the rug were critical to me. Kilim.com upon my request for more color info, took additional pictures with crayons and paint swatches sitting on the carpet. That solidified my choice. The rug arrived quickly and the way it was folded and shipped left the rug without marks when placed on the floor. I wasn’t expecting it to be of the quality of my parents’ thick antique Persian rug and it wasn’t . For the price, I’m pleased with this vintage rug. It has more class and personality than a machine made rug you can find at a big box store.

Speed and the fact that the rug was exactly as depicted in website photos. I loved the lavender and the spiritual glass charm which I found in my package. Stunning rug, excellent customer service. I mistakenly purchased two instead of one and they immediately refunded me. The rug also came in great condition and didn't have permanent creases like others I have bought online in the past. Would definitely buy again!
