My rugs were ready to ship from Turkey to the US at exactly the time promised and arrived within 24-48 hours of shipping in perfect condition. They are extremely low maintenance but, more importantly, are admired by all who visit my home. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. A treasure of an Internet « find ».

Carpet colours exact as on the photographs . Love the possibility of "seeing" the carpet in my room with the help of digital photo's ( huge bonus point )and the various showing of the carpets on the website . I highly recommend this company for the quality of their rugs and for their amazing customer service. I ordered a rug and in the process of it being shipped we were mandatorily evacuated because of hurricane Michael. I envisioned my beautiful rug sitting on our porch getting ruined while we were away. I emailed Kilim and requested they delay shipment and received an immediate response that they would deliver at a later date. We received the rug after the evacuation order ended and we had returned home. It is more beautiful than the pictures online. Kilim was also helpful in the selection process, sending additional pictures that included coordinating colors. I will purchase from Kilim again without a moments hesitation.
