I have purchased two magnificent rugs from Kilim.com. It was extremely easy to work on design, size, etc. via email with a friendly representative. My rugs were ready to ship from Turkey to the US at exactly the time promised and arrived within 24-48 hours of shipping in perfect condition. They are extremely low maintenance but, more importantly, are admired by all who visit my home. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. A treasure of an Internet « find ».

I can't say enough about how pleasant it was to deal with Kilim Studio' s customer service representatives. They answered my questions promptly and courteously. Even more important, the vintage rug arrived more quickly that I expected, and it is clean, beautiful, and in very good condition, as advertised. The little extra gift was a nice surprise.

The rug is as beautiful as I hoped. The communication about the delivery was transparent and in a timely manner, and the delivery itself was surprisingly fast, considering that it came from Turkey.I was impressed by the very personal touch - a little lucky token, a letter and some very nice postcards that were clearly done with love to the product and a good customer relationship in mind. Fantastic Rug at a great price and the shipping was so fast.I love all of the additional images and color references available for each of the rugs. It is really hard to shop for textiles and rugs online and I appreciate the extra effort. Highly Recommend.

I love my runner! It looks even better in person. The colors are rich and vibrant. And because it’s a kilim rug, I can get a plusher rug pad and it won’t be a problem with the door.
