The kilim and the tulu arrived just as pictured: colors true to pics, in great condition (they're both vintage), clean, pressed, and ready to accent the rooms. Service, as always, is superb. I can't say enough about how pleasant it was to deal with Kilim Studio' s customer service representatives. They answered my questions promptly and courteously. Even more important, the vintage rug arrived more quickly that I expected, and it is clean, beautiful, and in very good condition, as advertised. The little extra gift was a nice surprise.

We recently ordered a rug from Kilim.com to replace one that we truly loved but that had become a tripping hazard after years of wear and tear. I ordered what I thought was the best match for a replacement. Shortly after placing my order, I got an email from Ida with additional photos of the rug I had selected, as she wanted to make sure that I was aware that the rug was a bit more green in undertone than had been reflected in the original photos. I told her what we were looking for and sent a couple of photos of the room where it was going and the rug we were looking to replace, and she sent a couple of other options they also had in similar sizes and colors. In the end, we decided to stick with our original choice, and it arrived in South Carolina from Istanbul just days later, true to the photos she had sent. Overall, we are thrilled with our purchase and will DEFINITELY order from Kilim.com--excellent products and phenomenal customer service!

Kilim Studio provided great service, got my package out for shipment rapidly, and safely! I love the 3 carpets I purchased from them, and they certainly live up to the photos . I couldn't be more pleased with the products and the level of service!

I have purchased several rugs from Kilim.com and have been more than satisfied with their service and products. The images are accurate and they go the extra mile to provide color guidance in their site descriptions, which is very helpful. Also, the shipments come much sooner than I would've expected.
