I highly recommend this company for the quality of their rugs and for their amazing customer service. I ordered a rug and in the process of it being shipped we were mandatorily evacuated because of hurricane Michael. I envisioned my beautiful rug sitting on our porch getting ruined while we were away. I emailed Kilim and requested they delay shipment and received an immediate response that they would deliver at a later date. We received the rug after the evacuation order ended and we had returned home. It is more beautiful than the pictures online. Kilim was also helpful in the selection process, sending additional pictures that included coordinating colors. I will purchase from Kilim again without a moments hesitation.

Great service. If you needed colour clarifications, they were readily available. Product arrived on time and was as described on the website. These carpets aren't backed so they may need an underlayer.

I was a bit hesitant to purchase a rug online without feeling and seeing it in person. However this company walked me through all of my concerns, offer free shipping and returns / exchanges so I thought 'Why not?' . I got a 1960s bohemian feel square rug that is bright and colorful. Just what I needed to cheer up my dark living room. It blends in with my eclectic Asian + mod decor. The colors were exactly as depicted in the online photo (which is not always the case from other companies). The description of the rug was exact and I could not be happier. I was hoping to leave a photo but there is no way to do that here.

Fantastic Rug at a great price and the shipping was so fast.I love all of the additional images and color references available for each of the rugs. It is really hard to shop for textiles and rugs online and I appreciate the extra effort. Highly Recommend.

The rug is exactly as pictured, it was well packaged, and a perfect addition in my space. There are so many wonderful options on the website to fit any size that you were looking for. I was concerned I wouldn’t be able to find a runner in the size that I needed and this is perfect.

When they arrived, literally 5 days later from Turkey, I was overwhelmed by how beautiful the two vintage kilims are, the colors and woven textures really are much more vivid and rich in person. The rug is as beautiful as I hoped. The communication about the delivery was transparent and in a timely manner, and the delivery itself was surprisingly fast, considering that it came from Turkey.I was impressed by the very personal touch - a little lucky token, a letter and some very nice postcards that were clearly done with love to the product and a good customer relationship in mind.
