I am so impressed with the website, there is so much detail available for each piece and now I’m equally impressed with your customer service. I’m a graphic designer, so I really appreciate the extra attention to color accuracy, with new pictures and inclusion of Pantone swatches and crayons. That is so helpful. Even with a warmer tone, it is still a beautiful piece and will be a wonderful addition to our home. We’re so excited to have it and find other places in our home for additional overdyed rugs. They are just fantastic! These rugs are going in a home in Colorado, and they are exactly what I had wanted.
