I have now bought two gorgeous vintage wool runner rugs from Kilim Studio and I couldn't be happier with them! Both were amazingly well portrayed on the website and what arrived was exactly what I expected. Plus they both were immaculately clean and in great condition. They even include a lavender sachet in the packaging of every rug. Nice touch. Communication was prompt, thorough and reassuring, also so nice that it was a real person, not just an automatic response. Delivery was fast and reliable. Better then expected, easy fast shipping

We are happy with our purchase. The delivery was a bit detailed, but the communication was very transparant. So no problems! The colours on the rug were a bit less bright than on the picture, but it still looks beautiful in our home! Thank you, Kilim!
