Wonderful choice of beautiful rugs I have now bought from this company quite a few times and have been extremely happy with what I’ve bought and the prompt service and delivery.

Great rugs and customer service.

I was hesitant to purchase a rug from pictures on line. The colors within the rug were critical to me. Kilim.com upon my request for more color info, took additional pictures with crayons and paint swatches sitting on the carpet. That solidified my choice. The rug arrived quickly and the way it was folded and shipped left the rug without marks when placed on the floor. I wasn’t expecting it to be of the quality of my parents’ thick antique Persian rug and it wasn’t . For the price, I’m pleased with this vintage rug. It has more class and personality than a machine made rug you can find at a big box store.

As one of a kind rugs, we were a little nervous to order without seeing them in person, but they were exactly as shown in the picture, in great shape, and arrived in a reasonable window. We're thrilled with both of our purchases.

I don't think I'd find anything better priced than here. For me, the quality fits and since I am happy, this will be a 5-star review.

I’ve purchased three Kilims and they have all exceeded my expectations. The photos are color- accurate, the shipping is timely and if you need help it will be courteous and prompt.

I love my new runner! It looks exactly like its picture, and it arrived very quickly. Plus I got a wonderful little gift of postcards with pictures of beautiful rugs, quotes from famous thinkers, and a lovely Turkish evil eye pendant for my home. Great service. If you needed colour clarifications, they were readily available. Product arrived on time and was as described on the website. These carpets aren't backed so they may need an underlayer.

This rug is absolutely beautiful! I was looking for a vintage rug for a long hallway and was slightly hesitant to purchase it on line. The rug was refurbished to absolutely perfect condition. I could not be more pleased!
