We recently ordered a rug from Kilim.com to replace one that we truly loved but that had become a tripping hazard after years of wear and tear. I ordered what I thought was the best match for a replacement. Shortly after placing my order, I got an email from Ida with additional photos of the rug I had selected, as she wanted to make sure that I was aware that the rug was a bit more green in undertone than had been reflected in the original photos. The quality of the rug is very good colours a bit different then Imagined although going back on the website, every thing was there for me to figure the right colours: the picture with the paint chart and the crayon would have been very useful if I had bothered to pay attention.
