The quality of the rug is very good colours a bit different then Imagined although going back on the website, every thing was there for me to figure the right colours: the picture with the paint chart and the crayon would have been very useful if I had bothered to pay attention. I highly recommend this company for the quality of their rugs and for their amazing customer service. I ordered a rug and in the process of it being shipped we were mandatorily evacuated because of hurricane Michael. I envisioned my beautiful rug sitting on our porch getting ruined while we were away. I emailed Kilim and requested they delay shipment and received an immediate response that they would deliver at a later date. We received the rug after the evacuation order ended and we had returned home. It is more beautiful than the pictures online.
