I have now bought two gorgeous vintage wool runner rugs from Kilim Studio and I couldn't be happier with them! Both were amazingly well portrayed on the website and what arrived was exactly what I expected. Plus they both were immaculately clean and in great condition. They even include a lavender sachet in the packaging of every rug. Nice touch. Communication was prompt, thorough and reassuring, also so nice that it was a real person, not just an automatic response. Delivery was fast and reliable. I was hesitant to purchase a rug from pictures on line. The colors within the rug were critical to me. Kilim.com upon my request for more color info, took additional pictures with crayons and paint swatches sitting on the carpet. That solidified my choice. The rug arrived quickly and the way it was folded and shipped left the rug without marks when placed on the floor. I wasn’t expecting it to be of the quality of my parents’ thick antique Persian rug and it wasn’t . For the price, I’m pleased with this vintage rug. It has more class and personality than a machine made rug you can find at a big box store.

I ordered my Kilim rug on August 5th and received it on August 12th. I couldn't believe how fast it came and with free shipping. It was packaged well. I opened it up and the rug looks exactly the same as the picture on the website. It is in wonderful shape and is just beautiful. I am so happy with the rug. After being in Turkey and buying a kilim while there, I can say that Kilim Studio prices and quality is just as good as traveling to Turkey and buying there. It's my second time purchasing from Kilim Studio and I have been happy both times with the quality and cost and I am sure I will purchase another one in the future.
