I have now bought two gorgeous vintage wool runner rugs from Kilim Studio and I couldn't be happier with them! Both were amazingly well portrayed on the website and what arrived was exactly what I expected. Plus they both were immaculately clean and in great condition. They even include a lavender sachet in the packaging of every rug. Nice touch. Communication was prompt, thorough and reassuring, also so nice that it was a real person, not just an automatic response. Delivery was fast and reliable. Y’all have the best rugs. I’ve ordered six vintage rugs and they’ve surpassed my expectations. I generally do not like buying rugs online because of the color variations, and unwrapping the delivery is kind of like opening a grab bag....you’re never sure what’s going to be inside! But I’ve always been super pleased; the rugs are of excellent quality, true to size, with a beautiful warm, vintage feel. The little free gifts y’all throw in are much appreciated too! Can’t say enough good things. :)
