We ordered 2 kilims and were so happy that we ordered 2 more!! They are vintage pieces but are in pristine condition. I wish I had room for more!

The kilim we purchased is absolutely gorgeous ,reasonably priced and excellent quality. My questions were promptly answered online, with extra photos sent to confirm colors and texture. Shipping was fast and reliable ...we are hooked! About to purchase a second rug.

This carpet is so beautiful. Exactly the colours of the the online photo image. Shipping was quick. A couple of nice postcards and a kilim cushion cover were gifts in the package! Overall a very good purchasing experience!

The rug is as beautiful as I hoped. The communication about the delivery was transparent and in a timely manner, and the delivery itself was surprisingly fast, considering that it came from Turkey.I was impressed by the very personal touch - a little lucky token, a letter and some very nice postcards that were clearly done with love to the product and a good customer relationship in mind. This was my first purchase from Kilim.com. I was a little apprehensive because it seemed like a big purchase from a site I didn’t know but I couldn’t be happier. The site has huge selection, so much that it was difficult to choose. I ended up choosing a vintage rug. The site’s high resolution photos made it possible to judge the condition of the rug before I ordered. It shipped from Turkey, came well packaged and arrived quickly for an international order. Kilim.com also include a couple unexpected gifts, a simple but well made bag that went to my girlfriend and a nice, traditional Turkish glass charm. The good quality gifts was a classy touch. I’m not an expert on rug values but from shopping around it seems like the price was good. I want to thank Kilim.com for the great service.
