Silla de Nogal

Thank you. I’m very pleased with my new rugs.

We received our kilim late yesterday afternoon. It is exquisite, like a piece of artwork on our floor. The room it graces has many handcrafted works of art from our travels. Your patience and willingness to keep trying to find us the right kilim is very appreciated. I will certainly tell my friends about your excellent service.

The kilim arrived today! And in great shape—no moisture issues. Plus, my family loves it—it’s “soooooo me,” they say! So thank you so very much for your cooperation and fine help all the way through. I wish we could do it again very soon, but I will have to control myself for a while!

We received our rug last week and it is perfect! We love it and found it even more beautiful than we anticipated. Thanks for your help in ordering and for delaying delivery while we were evacuated. I have been impressed by your customer service and also by the quality of your product. Thank you. I will keep you in mind should we be in need of another rug.

The kilims are very high quality and gorgeous. We are doing some remodeling in our house and faux painting the walls using reds and golds and the colors in the kilims match perfectly. I took one of them to my office one day and now everyone wants one or two! Thanks so much for helping me with the colors. The folks at Kilim.com are not only very professional, but friendly as well. You may be hearing from me again soon.

We recently renovated a nearly 100 year old home. We purchased a rug from you for the upper hallway. This rug is one of our favorite design elements of the upper level. The quality was amazing and we will treasure it for years to come!

I would like to say that I think your web site is excellent, and a model of good design and functionality. I was just in Istanbul (my second visit) where I bought four kilims and two carpets. I wish that I had discovered your business before my visit!

I received my custom rugs today. I had purchased a vintage rug from you a few months ago, and could not imagine any rug could be more beautiful, but you outdid yourself with the long runner. I live in Houston, Texas. We had massive flooding from a hurricane last August. My house was flooded and we lost a lot. These new rugs have brought me joy and are a lovely new edition to my new floors. Thank you for the excellent work and the most wonderful customer service I can imagine!

Our rugs arrived yesterday and we couldn't be happier!! They are lovely and suit our home beautifully! Thanks for the outstanding products and for being so easy to work with!

We received the kilims- thanks for the prompt shipment. They are beautiful and our cats seem especially fond of them. I will recommend your company to others without hesitation.
