El grano oscuro y rico de esta mesa nogal crea un nivel de sofisticación y encanto que es difícil de encontrar. Los bordes blandos y el orificio central tenían forma de mano en esta pieza de nogal sólido después de unir las tablas. Un experto en la técnica aplicó cuidadosamente varias capas de aceite protector para crear un brillo satinado que ayude a prolongar su vida útil. Esta tabla presenta uniones de mariposa de metal fundido, diseñadas para agregar belleza al igual que la lata fundida vertida en dos grietas.
