Just received our rug, and it is beautiful. Just as pictured online, and fast shipping?!?! Let's say the day before the rug was in the Netherlands, the next day in Seattle fast. My rug is gorgeous, clean, and in excellent shape. The colors are were very true to the images online. I was expecting a certificate of authenticity but I may have misunderstood that part and it doesn't really matter because the quality is obvious. Also love the special goodies included with the shipment. I will order again from kilm!

The colors were vibrant and beautiful, just as the photos looked on the website. My client and I are both thrilled with the purchase. The pieces look fabulous in her room which we have totally redesigned. The measurements were also spot on - I ordered pillow inserts based on the measurements given online & each of the four different size inserts fit the pillows perfectly.
