I ordered a beautiful rug from Kilim.com; it arrived quickly and was well-packaged. Even though the rug wasn't quite the perfect fit for me, Halil (seller) was prompt and efficient in handling my return. I am now awaiting confirmation from him that the rug has been received. Very fast shipping! The rug was beautiful and exactly as pictured. The "evil eye" ornament gift was so nice. It reminded me of my visit to Istanbul last year.

I needed an area rug for my office and narrowed it down to two colors of Turkish patchwork ones online. At first, I thought that I would order them both, keep the one that I wanted and return the other.But in discussion with the people at Kilim, they offered to superimpose images of my options with pictures I took of the office. The images were amazing! And made my choice obvious. I ordered one rug.When it arrived, I took a picture of the office with the real rug and could barely tell the difference between the real picture and the simulation they sent the week before.It was a wonderful 21st century rug buying experience.
