I have received my two wonderful kilim rugs six days after I ordered. They were exactly as I expected. Customer service is also amazing, they answered all my emails quickly and did impressive room simulations with my choice of rugs to help me decide.

I love my 'new' rug. It is just what I expected from the photos. It was very helpful to have the rug photoshopped into my room so I could judge how it would look there. Great experience

I was hesitant to purchase a rug from pictures on line. The colors within the rug were critical to me. Kilim.com upon my request for more color info, took additional pictures with crayons and paint swatches sitting on the carpet. That solidified my choice. The rug arrived quickly and the way it was folded and shipped left the rug without marks when placed on the floor. I wasn’t expecting it to be of the quality of my parents’ thick antique Persian rug and it wasn’t . For the price, I’m pleased with this vintage rug. It has more class and personality than a machine made rug you can find at a big box store.

Love my rug! It’s a perfect compliment between my Moroccan tile, white cabinets, beige rug, and brown sofas. The quality is beautiful, sturdy, and soft-to-touch at same time. The colors are so rich! Love it!
